This wine is subtly yellow-green in colour. The smell is full and refined, dominated by subtle tones of grapefruits and a balanced hint of bread. The taste is strongly extractive. Gradual maturation imbued the wine with tones of fruit, mainly pears and walnuts.
This wine was made from the old French variety of Weissburgunder (Pinot blanc), a quality Muscat breed. It matures in the middle of October.
