Riesling is a typical variety in northern wine-growing regions such as Slovakia. It’s considered to be the king of white Muscat varieties. Since the grapes reach technological maturity somewhere between the second half of October and the beginning of November, it’s viewed as one of the early varieties. The processed grapes came from Central Slovakia vineyard area from the vineyard villages of Bušince, Nenince, and Príbelce.
