This variety comes from the Burgundy region in France from where it spread basically into the entire world. Today it’s one of the most important varieties worldwide for making white wines. In our local conditions, the variety technologically matures by the end of September or early October. The grapes from which this wine was made came from Central Slovakia vineyard area.
