Our first harvest and the first wine from the new Slovak variety Noria, which was bred at the Viticultural Research Institute in Opatovská Nová Ves (district of Veľký Krtíš) by crossing the varieties Rizling rýnsky and Semillon.
The wine has a sparkling yellow-green color and a distinctive varietal aroma full of flowers, fresh citrus fruit. The taste of the wine is full, delicious and pure. It combines flowers, wine-growing peaches and honey tones in the aftertaste. These beautiful sensations are stored on a solid acid basis.
We recommend serving it with fine adjustments of poultry meat and salads.
