The wine is characterized by a sparkling yellow-green colour and a distinct varietal aroma full of flowers and fresh citrus fruits.
The NORIA variety has historical roots in this area as it was crossed in the former Research Station in Veľký Krtíš. It is very demanding in terms of habitat. It requires the same quality of soil as Riesling. The sloping location with southern exposure is important. For cultivation, inappropriate soils are dry and of lower quality. Nutritious, loamy-sand soils with good water retention capacity are very suitable. And the Terasy rizling vineyard in Čebovce, where this variety is planted, meets these demanding conditions.
